INTRODUCTION
The Royal Navy Show Jumping and Eventing Team compete from April to October and cover a range of disciplines. These range from pure dressage, pure show jumping, combined training, eventing, hunter trials and team chasing.
There are opportunities for all horse/owner riders to enjoy this sport at whatever level. For the inter-service team, there is the added incentive of riding in front of HM the Queen at Royal Windsor Horse Show and having the opportunity to qualify for the Olympia International Horse Show.
The level of competition at inter-service level requires horse and rider to be capable of jumping a minimum of 90cm. However, there are opportunities for the more novice combinations and dependents to get involved as part of the RNRMEA Riding Club which operates as a separate entity under the British Horse Society (further details found at RNRM news).
To apply to join please complete the application forms available on the Get Involved menu.
